Payments

• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance.
• You have 30 days after activation to request a refund under our 'More Booked Jobs' Guarantee if RoofReply doesn't increase your booked jobs.
• Refunds apply only to subscription fees paid.

Guarantee

Our 30-Day 'More Booked Jobs' Guarantee applies if RoofReply doesn't help you convert more leads into paying customers. Results vary by market, lead volume, and operations.

You may not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to this site.

SMS Communications

Our service includes automated SMS messaging to communicate with potential customers on behalf of our contractor clients. By texting a RoofReply-powered number:

• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
